The Time Keeper…

I originally shot this with one of my film cameras sometime back in 2005 from the window of my van while stopped by a red light.  Only had a moment to get the shot before traffic behind got impatient and began serenading me…  

The negative & original print have vanished into the mists (so to speak), but fortune does smile on me from time to time; I came across the scanned jpg while looking for something else this morning and fell in love all over again…

Silent Killer:  Discovered…

Too many friends and acquaintances this year have joined, and in one case lost, the battle against breast cancer.  Model Ash, featured in this recent re-edit did, in my humble opinion, a most remarkable job portraying the emotions of a woman discovering a lump where last month there was none…

Date Night…

This one was shot during my Monochromatic Edge:Silent Killer session with Model Ash.  I always liked this shot a great deal, but standing alone, it doesn’t really say anything about Breast Cancer, which was the point of the shoot. 

As part of my American Postcards collection, however, it works quite nicely…
